Senior Sales Analyst в Avon

Analytical models development based on historical data and improvement of existing models based on post-analysis, identification of meaningful trends and dependencies, hypotheses generation, validation and reasoning.
Contribution to annual, quarter, campaign incentives planning process. Calculation of Incentive Programs Business Cases to achieve the targets defined.
Incentive programs tracking and preparing of dashboards, highlighting risks & opportunities based on historical data, risk mitigation proposal.
Field reporting development and improvement based on raw data (using SQL/VBA/Python).
Post analysis of incentives effectiveness (improvement and preparation of analytical presentations, providing recommendations on activation mechanics changes.
Participation in various projects and initiatives as data analyst.
Performs other ad-hoc duties assigned by Sales Planning Manager and Business Analytics are not listed above

Sales Analytics/ Marketing Analytics/ Data Analytics at least 3 years’ experience
Statistical modeling using Excel or other instruments
Statistical method of analysis (cohort, factors analysis, a/b testing)
Possibility to work with big volume of data, knowledge of data bases structure: strongSQL, VBA, Python is desired
Visualization skills: professional Power Point, Tableau dashboards is an advantage
Successful examples of models and analytical algorithms development and data visualization will be an advantage

Ability to share skills and knowledge
Flexibility to changing environment, multitasking and strong priority setting skills
Upper-Intermediate English
