Senior Market Intelligence Specialist в Orange

About the role

Within International Business Marketing, the Market Intelligence Team is responsible for the analysis of market intellignece data and the provision of recommendations on target market, the definition and agreement with sales on the target market list, the provision of customer / prospect insights and propensity to buy for the sales teams. This role supports the Head of IB Market Intellence through the following activities.

Manage process of data collection from internal and external sources

Collection and deduplication of data
Defining the architecture of data storage
Building ETL data processing schemes
Compiling, cleanup, verification and evaluation of data
Assessment of new data sources
Retrieve new value from the data together with data providers

Convert data into business signals, modeling

Deep interviews with Orange BUs, sales, experts and other stakeholders to build hypotheses and dependencies
Estimation of market potential and growth per segment
Build score models and identify business signals from the data available
Client segmentation based on the data

Build and support TML tool in PowerBI platform

Build and support datasets
Design the data model architecture
Build up and publish TML lists with priorities and scoring
Develop dashboards according to business needs (TML, profile)

Supply campaign owners with target lists

Scored lists based on the propensities

Intent-based lists

About you

Track record of leading and developing informal teams and collaborating across broad senior partner networks to drive actions & results.
Proven experience at managing projects, being able to lead multiple projects concurrently & adapting easily to change.
Self-starter, with result orientation. Strong ability to drive strategic direction, meaningful innovation & agile solutions responding to the changing internal/external landscape.
Experience with Business Intelligence & reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau
Strong communication skills with the ability to present clear information in a range of ways and who relishes compelling storytelling
Ability to work independently and make decisions, combined with the self awareness to ask for support & guidance when needed
Experience leading senior managers with conflicting priorities towards achieving a single unified direction.
Analytical & commercial approach, easily able to move between qualitative and quantitative data.
Good analytical and visualization skills
Intermediate English level
Client-oriented communication
Expert in creation and optimization of analytical reports and processes (i.e. using NPrinting, ETL, API, VB)
Experience in development of BI tools (i.e. PowerBI and QlikView)
