Job scope

Participation in fundraising and M&A for Palta and portfolio companies
Preparation of marketing materials, pitches, decks etc
Preparation of materials for regular investor reporting
Assisting finance department with financial modelling and valuation

Job requirements

2-3 years of experience in a VC, IB, PE or strategic consulting
Great understanding of corporate finance
Outstanding presentation drafting skills
Proficient with excel and financial modelling
Fluent English
