Senior Project Manager в Align Technology

Oversee multiple projects focused on a combination of implementing global information security programs as well as unique security efforts to the iTero business unit
Keeps the project teams highly organized and on track for effective implementation and delivery. Implements process improvements quickly where there are inefficiencies in the implementation process;
Maintains project documentation, including mandatory artifacts enforced by regulatory requirements.
Coordinates definition of the product increment based on team backlog, ensures project team understands priorities and success criteria, confirms team accountability to deliver;
Identifies key stakeholders, runs delivery planning based on resource impact and identified dependencies (including external teams and outside vendors), gains commitment from teams to be accountable for delivering on time and within scope;
Plans delivery schedule, including facilitation of detailed scope specification, sprint planning, infrastructure build out, demo/acceptance tests, etc; identifies risks, creates and maintains risk management plan.
Holds the project team accountable for commitments, closely tracking internal and external dependencies;
Handles scope changes, schedule changes, project risks. Communicates major decisions that impact the project delivery, provides project status updates to project team, peers, management and upper management.

5+ years in software development industry;
3+ years of program/project management experience (commercial software development), proven track record is a must;
Strong technical background (SW development/SQA/Business analysis background is a huge plus) with business acumen, ability to communicate with software engineering teams, business stakeholders and management at their language;
Understanding of software development methodologies, their applicability for different types of projects. Certified SCRUM master is a plus, certification on scaled agile practices (SAFe, LeSS, etc) is a strong plus;
Excellent inter-personal skills;
Multi-tasking, ability to work under pressure without need to be micro-managed;
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills;
Problem-solving mindset;
Cross-cultural awareness, ability to deal with people from different cultures.
English, upper-intermediate.
