Senior Marketing Manager в PepsiCo

Job Description

1. Lead Brand Portfolio and Marketing Strategy Development within AOP and IGP processes.

2. Planning and budgeting

Ensures preparation of annual plans and budgets in order to determine financial and other resources necessary for achievement of targets set within the marketing strategy.

3. Price strategy and realization

Within the marketing strategy and based on market analysis and forecasts recommends optimal price policy for products in order to achieve balance between company’s product competitiveness and maximum possible profit.

4. Brand management

According to local marketing strategic objectives develops marketing strategy and after getting approval ensures implementation in order to achieve target revenue and market share.

5. New products Development

Monitors development of the new products within the category and consumer trends and suggests innovations which have potential to contribute to increase of market share within the category.

Once innovations approved leads NPD development and market roll-out following company approved Stage / Gate Process.

6. Marketing communications

Within the marketing strategy develops and ensures realization of communication strategy, through recommending an appropriate marketing mix and allocating necessary resources to achieve aspired market position and level of awareness for category.

7. Human resources management

According to company’s personnel policy, creates the positive psychological climate and effectively organizes work. Develops and maintains a professional and well motivated staff in the team, capable to meet the current and future challenges in an effective and efficient way.


  • fluent English as business language
  • 8+ years experience with a multinational company;
  • Strong Marketing Background/Experience (including advertising and media) and a track record of taking business projects from concept to delivery.
  • Proven track record of successful cross-functional and cross-agency leadership.
  • Good understanding of consumer and market environment as wells as trade marketing and customer marketing strategies
  • Strategic leadership – strategic thinking skills and ability to identify opportunities for brand development.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good influencing skills. Ability to gain alignment cross-functionally and leverage resources to achieve results.
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams and gain support for complex projects;
  • Strong verbal and analytical skills (able to analyze and draw conclusions quickly from data).
