Minimum qualifications:
- Experience working in business organizations, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and negotiating solutions.
- Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, digital operations or professional consulting.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with working in the digital advertising industry.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, solve complex problems and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team.
- Ability to enable close working relationships with key leaders at companies.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to adapt your message to both technical and business audiences.
- Willingness to speak the industry’s language and understand the business and technical constraints.
Responsibilities
- Solve business challenges for Google’s clients serving as a technical consultant, leader and visionary, seen both internally and externally as a collaborative and inclusive thought partner. Become the Trusted Advisor of customer(s) and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with sales and clients to establish a technical roadmap to accomplish joint business plans.
- Oversee complex global, multi-product projects and support multi-product solutions for Google strategic advertisers, as well as oversee scaling of custom client solutions.
- Lead through informal authority gTech teams and cross-functional partners, providing consulting services focused on achieving business goals through the use of technology.
- Speak the client's language being the front line of gTech.
