In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Lead the country team to develop the annual marketing plans & marketing roadmap and ensure effective deployment across activity sets and programmes in market
Conduct detailed evaluation of the business results/return on investment to ensure cost efficiency.
Ensure that marketing programmes are aligned with short term and long-term business targets and drive their activation
Lead the Marketing Review process, and provide inputs/outputs to the business plan, opportunities/vulnerability
Direct responsibility for product value price setting review annually for top products in the market (Annual Price Review); gather market price intelligence data in compliance with bp legal guidelines
Ensure effective communication and promotion to both consumer and trade including thought leadership programmes to B2B and B2C customers with a strong emphasis on Digital tools
Drive the generation of key insights through market research and competitive intelligence to feed into strategic planning, pricing and insight decision-making
Drive channel strategy (including e-commerce), segment customers and develop effective customer value propositions
Product portfolio management to deliver near- and long-term Global Marketing growth targets consistent with global space/brand strategies People
Own and lead people agenda in country marketing function to build an outstanding Marketing function with solid capability and strong talent pipeline.

About you:

You will hold post graduate degree in Business Management and Administration, Marketing or other relevant area

It would be essential that you have:

Minimum 10 years of experience in B2C or B2B Marketing in international FMCG or Marketing led companies with more than 5 years in leadership and people management roles in these areas
Ability to develop Marketing strategy and plans and manage Marketing Pricing
Good understanding of market, industry, and sector
Strong communications and internal/external partnering skills
Advanced level of knowledge in Russian and English languages
