Contribute to building our B2B strategy with bus partners and ensure that our sales teams have the right tools to deliver
Lead projects linked to our Pro Marketplace business, including coordination of sales, finance, legal, tech and product teams
Contribute to the launch of our Pro Marketplace business in Spain
Collaborate with our Operated Buses team (BlaBlaCar buses), to create intermodal transportation for our community Conduct market studies, alongside external consultants, to define future markets for Pro Marketplace business
Collaborate with Strategy and tech teams to define business plans for future markets

You have 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales operations excellence, ideally in central teams
You have experience leading projects with an international mindset, including coordination of sales teams
You are a proficient user of Excel/Google Spreadsheets
You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others
You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks
You have a results-driven and impact-oriented mindset
Fluency in English, Spanish a big plus
Nice to have: Proficiency in data visualization tool(s)
