Your main accountabilities will be as follows:

  • You will ensure sales plan performance
  • Be responsible for effective communication of the Novo Nordisk value proposition to secure sustainable partnership with regional distributors
  • Lead special projects in regions
  • Search for new opportunities to capture share in regional budgets
  • Regional management of bottom-up forecasting
  • Improve the forecast accuracy
  • Conduct business intelligence


Below mentioned qualifications are expected from the candidates:

  • University degree in medical \ pharmaceutical - is preferable
  • Min 5 years of experience in public sales of pharmaceutical market
  • Perfect understanding of governmental procurement practice and antitrust legislation is mandatory
  • Perfect understanding of regional public sales market is mandatory
  • English: oral and written at upper-intermediate level is preferable, native Russian
