Jr Business Controller в Philips

Job responsibilities:

1.Business Control

- Support of new Business models together with Finance BPs. Preparation and review of business cases, profitability and risk analysis, accounting and reporting scheme set-up, contract negotiations.

- Contribute to regional and country Finance team to enhance performance.

- Drive and grow business value in the market by setting and achieving financial and strategic targets.

- Support Internal controls, standards and compliance: regular activity and review, identify gaps in controls and come with solutions.

2. Business Planning and control

- Management of Business Financials, improvement, development of reporting tools and systems, support and prepare MPR's/FC meetings for Health Systems

- Performance of Month End Closing procedures, participation in internal (Internal Control Standards (ICS), General Business Principles (Due Diligence Process), Month End Close (MEC), Overall status) and external audits

- Maintain the Authorization matrixes and correct approvals,

3. Growth, integral margin, EBIT management and Inventory Management

- Optimize Pay for Performance (including rolling-out IT tools) and advice on any required change in line with changing market conditions where necessary. Planning of bonuses within forecast cycle.

- Review customer profitability and establish plans for improvement in targeted accounts. Make customer profitability a central tool in our decision making.

- Drive analysis of Cost of goods sold performance: Factory cost and Market costs of sales analysis vs targets, impact on profitability.

- Participate in a cross-functional project to drive the optimization of Inventories and margin improvement

Job requirements:

• Higher education in Finance, Economics, Accounting

• Around 3 years of relevant working experience and preferable in the Healthcare sector

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (especially MS Excel)

• English language at Upper-Intermediate level

• Excellent analytical skills, communication skills
