Accounts Receivable Analyst

Position Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious Accounts Receivable Analyst who will be in charge of revenue management in Israel, Central and Eastern Europe. As a part of a team in our rapidly growing business, the candidate will play a key role in understanding the needs of our clients and will help to shape efficient and trusted relationships with our business partners.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the billing process
• Review the process of refund, top-ups, rebates, etc to ensure financial compliance
• Incoming payments allocation
• Provide outsourcing accounting team with revenue related information for the purpose of primary documents generation
• Monthly revenue reconciliation with outsourcing accounting team (internal system vs 1C) to guarantee compliance with Russian Accounting Standards
• Perform account reconciliation with customers
• Propose corresponding system optimization requirements in response to the changes in business development
• Check compliance of internal processes to local accounting standards (implementation of internal control procedures towards providing assurance of the high quality of financial statements).
• Provide relevant support to the business department as necessary
• Support the headquarters finance team as requested
• Other work assigned by the leader
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields from a Russian/ internationally renowned university.
• Knowledge of Russian and International Accounting Standards
• 2-5 years of relevant Finance experience, preferably with prior exposure to advertising revenue.
• Strong logical thinking ability, sense of responsibility, good work habits, sound judgment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with the local commercial market environment and customer habits in Russia and other countries
• Proficient in Russian & English, preferably with Chinese competence.
