BI Analyst в Mars

You will:

• Collect problem areas and potential growth points. Prepare data needed to analyze identified areas of improvement
• Conduct data research, identify dependencies and deviations, interpret data. Visualize and present identified facts and research results
• Create hypotheses based on research, revealing potential points of growth, or addressing the identified problem areas
• Generate metrics and experiments to test hypotheses, and prepare experiments
• Perform hypothesis validation through experiment and AB tests, generate list of changes in operational processes based on the results of verification

We expect:

• Higher education
• 1+ years work experience as a Analyst
• Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SQL as an advantage
• High analytics skills
• English – Upper-Intermediate+
