Business Development Manager в Tetra Pak
In this position you take the responsibility for:
- Develop new channels: Retail, HORECA, Social;
- Finding new sales opportunities at the market, search for new clients;
- Bringing new customers and new sales projects;
- Full responsibility for strengthening customer relationship;
- Full responsibility for sales of Packaging Material(PM) and Capital Equipment(CE);
- Securing alignment of company strategy with Customer/business needs;
- Joint responsibility for Technical Service sales and Processing sales;
- Cost center spenditures per agreed budgets;
- Driving product deployment and category development according to strategic company plans;
- Driving new product development per Customer needs;
- Compliance of sales management processes;
- Securing legal compliance with all contracts;
- Quotation for PM and CE according to standard price lists;
- Responsibility for Customer profitability following standard price lists and level of marketing investments.
Qualification
Professional Skills and Experience:
- Education - University degree in engineering/economical field;
- 5+ years experience in active sales;
- FMCG experience is mandatory;
- Hunting for new business opportunities and Customers;
- Marketing experience in food FMCG will be preferable;
- Strong negotiation skills both internally and externally;
- Strong Customer orientation;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Must be fluent in English - written and spoken;
- Readiness for business trips (50% of working time).
