Junior Assortment Manager в Essity

Main tasks

• Technical support of assortment: article request creation (WIN Shuttle, Oracle), master data/PLM/SAP requests handling
• Support and lead pack design development: communication with European design agencies and marketing teams, artworks and infotext approval stream handling with marketing teams
• Support and lead product development projects (new product /pack launch/re-launch/Value Engineering projects): champ creation and handling; communication with mills, DP, marketing teams; PIPO management
• Close cooperation with supply chain (6 mills in scope), Demand Planning, Regional Logistics (PIPO)
• Digital content support: Media Bank / e-com, support of marketing team with requests related to packshots/Media Bank
• Support of East/RU marketing and EU Assortment management teams with product related requests
• Support of MEA team (assortment related requests)
• Administrative support: reports, samples arrangement etc

Key competencies

• University degree
• Project management skills, excellent communication skills
• Result-oriented, time accurate, demonstrate ability to work with big amount of data
• Product development / marketing / technical background is an advantage
• English (written and spoken) – fluent is a must. German is an advantage
• MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
