Sales Administration Officer в Tetra Pak

What you will do

As Sales Administration Officer, you will:

  • Being the main point of contact for the (local) customers.
  • Secures supply chain PM / AM order fulfillment: order management, design administration, invoicing, claim administration, logistics.
  • Make sure the sales forecast is in line with customer requirements.
  • Participate in Key Account team handling the Supply Chain part of business.
  • Representing Supply Chain topics during in Key Account team meetings for your customers.
  • Participate in customer meetings and present actions and/or activities for improvement.
  • Participating in improvement teams or taking own improvement initiatives (can be together with the customer).

Who you are

We believe you have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (CS/Supply Chain/commercial/administrative function).
  • Higher educational in logistics, supply chain or business administration as a merit.
  • Strong administrative and planning skills as well as the ability to prioritize.
  • Analytical skills, a good head for figures.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a short period of time.
  • Good computer skills; experience in SAP R3, MS Word, Excel and graphical software is preferred.
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
