What you will do
As Sales Administration Officer, you will:
- Being the main point of contact for the (local) customers.
- Secures supply chain PM / AM order fulfillment: order management, design administration, invoicing, claim administration, logistics.
- Make sure the sales forecast is in line with customer requirements.
- Participate in Key Account team handling the Supply Chain part of business.
- Representing Supply Chain topics during in Key Account team meetings for your customers.
- Participate in customer meetings and present actions and/or activities for improvement.
- Participating in improvement teams or taking own improvement initiatives (can be together with the customer).
Who you are
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (CS/Supply Chain/commercial/administrative function).
- Higher educational in logistics, supply chain or business administration as a merit.
- Strong administrative and planning skills as well as the ability to prioritize.
- Analytical skills, a good head for figures.
- Ability to work under pressure in a short period of time.
- Good computer skills; experience in SAP R3, MS Word, Excel and graphical software is preferred.
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
