Job Description

Lead the WBD Performance Management Process

Lead and ensure quality and timeliness of period business reviews, flash results and period briefing notes
Manage the performance tracking process for Beverage, Juice and Snacks business lines
Drive performance efficiency analysis to ensure information transparency for effective management decisions
Lead preparation of monthly in-depth analysis of Russia results, identifying trends and providing valuable insights and gap analysis
Present business results on a regular basis and provide insights and course correction recommendations to WBD Senior Management

Lead the Core Business Planning Processes for WBD

Optimise and lead the core business planning processes for WBD based on the overall Russia framework. This includes PSP, AOP, iS&OP, Monthly Forecasts and Capital Budgeting with the purpose of maximising the business’s ability to sustain profitable growth
Manage the WBD planning calendar to ensure all Categories and Functions are building to a coherent overall WBD picture
Discuss and align targets to ensure necessary trade offs within the Categories and Functions

Manage Communication

Manage all key overall business presentations within the OU. These will include, but not be limited to, PBRs, MBRs, AOP and PSP.
Act as a principal interface for performance related explanations to the BU
Support financial discussion on business strategy and performance between the OU and BU

Drive Profitable Category Growth

Lead the category financial profitability strategy, provide analytical and planning support in the development and achievement of performance targets.
Manage effectively the interdependencies across functions and builds partnership in order to reach win/win solutions
Lead projects and innovation to drive portfolio profitability, communication on the long-term business and financial implication of today’s decision on the business.

Develop Strategy

Lead together with WBD Senior Management Team business strategy development
Identify and assess strategic issues and opportunities and support unit and region in strategic options prioritisation
Translate strategic decisions and innovation initiatives into actionable and measurable operating plans

Develop talent

Lead, guide and develop direct reports in cooperation with Russia FP&A and Central Services Sr Director
Provide coaching and development to build current and future capability in the finance team
Help educate other functions, principally Sales, in financial literacy

Higher Education - obligatory, Finance Qualification (CPA, CIMA, ACCA) - desirable
Advanced English and Russian language skills
5 years working experience in Finance
Minimum 2 years experience in key finance management roles
Strong Analytical, Interpersonal and Communication skills
Ability to take the lead on meaningful projects with limited routine direction from/involvement of Direct Manager and/or OU CFO
Ability to understand broader objectives and therefore define processes as simply and efficiently as possible. Need to understand that more detail is not necessarily better/more accurate
Ability to act as a Business Partner and not an administrative resource
