In this role, you will…

Analyze customer journey, usage scenarios and corner cases with product owner
Create user stories for the development team
Communicate with project stakeholders, technical and subject matter experts to clarify and document requirements

Dividing the features into the user stories for development team.
Participation in teams scrum rituals (stand-ups, planning, grooming, etc)
Supporting teams during the development (clarifying requirements, helping SQA with test scenarios coverage)
Maintaining teams project documentation - SRS, RTM
Planning, performing and implementing process improvement initiatives

In this role, you’ll need…

Ability to write full and clear user stories, functional and non-functional requirements
Clear understanding of SCRUM methodology and rituals.
Fluent English, both written and verbal.
Ability to build different kinds of solution diagrams
Good soft skills, ability to initiate and maintain communication between people, while keeping head cool.
Analytical and solution-oriented mind, critical and logical thinking, ability to reach the correct conclusion based on the available facts and arguments
Being able to be autonomous and responsible for your part of work in terms of quality and matching the deadlines.
Would be great, but not required:

Experience as software developer (ideally web development)
Experience with Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence)
Experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
