  • Overall brand P&L management;
  • Development and implementation of long term brand strategy;
  • Development and implementation of brand supporting activities on yearly basis;
  • Tracking and managing brand equity metrics;
  • Managing brand portfolio, e.g. tastes, packaging, pricing;
  • New products launch in frame of the brand;
  • Efficient communication and collaboration with internal and external partners and stakeholders;
  • Media planning and budgeting;
  • Market research.


  • University degree in Economics, General Business, Marketing;
  • Fluent English;
  • Min 3 years of experience as BM in FMCG;
  • In-depth understanding of consumer needs;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills;
  • Experience in new product launches.
