Responsibilities:

Own team backlog: prioritize analyse and elaborate Stories, accept Stories basing on solid understanding of delivering functionality and business needs.
Analyse business needs and requests, formulate requirements, perform a research to prove/deny business hypothesis, elaborate future platform functionality.
Prioritizing and executing improvement work, working closely with stakeholders, users, Business Analysts, Developers, System Architects and Production Support
Managing issues and dependencies to ensure successful delivery and a range of stakeholders in the delivery streams and line functions
Drive, plan and organize features delivery.
Drive team goals, constantly collaborate with team and help them achieve sprint goals.
Build solid relationships with stakeholders, keep in touch in order to understand and manage satisfaction level.
Conduct and facilitate team's ceremony events.
As a part of Product Management group participate in roadmap building and platform backlog preparation.

Knowledge areas and skills:

Functional and data analysis skills and expertise in defining clear and comprehensive requirements, in particular experience in Business and Functional Analysis in Investment Banking, within the Risk domain.
Experience in SAFe (scaled agile framework) and Scrum delivery methodology, certification would be beneficial.
Tech stack: java, fabric, git, oracle, kafka, solace, hadoop, sql, excel. Python would be beneficial.
Knowledge of BDD and Spec-By-Example approach.
Knowledge of SDLC processes.
Stress-resistance and multi-tasking.
Excellent communication skills and experience to work in multi-cultured team.
Problem-solving skills, be able to conduct tough discussions with stakeholders and product management.
Be able to convince, motivate and encourage the team.
High motivation in tech platform learning.
English - upper intermediate.
