Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Ability to speak and write in Russian and English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in online advertising sales/marketing with established relationships and presence within the agency marketplace, as well as experience presenting to executive-level audiences.
  • Knowledge of Google’s business and products in an agency environment, and interest in developing a deep understanding of our full product portfolio.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to efficiently troubleshoot and manage complex implementations.
  • Excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and solidify executive relationships and drive growth with targeted agencies.
  • Partner with agencies to develop transformational strategies that touch all areas of their business, as well as developing best practices and benchmarking initiatives to optimize agency-related processes, and translate data into actionable advertising strategies for agency partners.
  • Analyze data trends and agencies' client performance, develop solid strategic business plans, and prepare and conduct presentations as well as develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with agencies and attend events and conferences as needed.
  • Be accountable to goals and product adoption, and review, provide input, and support the development of most critical pitches as well as collaborate cross-functionally to build compelling, data-driven work plans leveraging internal and third-party data.
