MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

Responsible for efficient development of existing and new accounts in MICE segment towards increasing sales/revenue for RHG hotels within Russia and outbound

REPORTS TO: Area Director of Sales, Eastern Europe Russia & Turkey, Global Sales Office

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

The person assigned for the position of Account Manager MICE should have:

• Higher education;
• Proven previous experience in Sales, desirably in the hotel industry;
• Possess superior communication skills, both oral and written;
• An excellent sense of organization;
• Excellent command of English and Russian is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

• Handling and developing corporate MICE clients and PCO
• Achieving individual KPIs and area budget goals for overall team performances
• Establish strong cooperation with Global account owners to secure consistent growth of global accounts and partners on area level
• Maintaining and growing revenue and market share from your managed and new MICE accounts, to reach your personal and company’s goals
• Ensuring profitable outbound business from the assigned accounts to company global hotels portfolio
• Analysing of and anticipating with market trends, competition and client expectations
• Works in close partnership with hotels/area/global/central functions and ensures good communication and coordination with them
• Creating and executing sales initiatives for the assigned area and to increase profitable revenue
• Taking active part in setting and implementing the sales strategy for Area and Global accounts
• Supporting and cooperating with hotels in terms of driving business and other assigned projects
• Producing, managing and controlling own sales activity plan for the assigned accounts portfolio
• Handling regional projects and implementation on local level
• New strategic business opportunities search in MICE segment
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key partners ensuring all communications/activities are controlled and undertaken in a timely manner
