Customer Journey Manager в L’Oréal

L'Oreal Russia is searching for the Customer Journey Manager in a Luxe Division, for brand Lancôme who will be responsible for the RECRUITMENT OF NEW CUSTOMERS for the brand, as to DEVELOP THEIR FURTHER JOURNEY with the brand, ACCELERATING THE PENETRATION of the brand within its journey, making them regular brand consumer, up to ambassador, in the frame of any brand activity and any type of distribution (multi-channel and multi-partners).

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and apply the strategy of recruitment of new consumers within different channels and partner’s distribution, in harmony with the general brand positioning and vision (products, brand image, etc)

- Develop and apply the strategy of developing the further customer journey of new and existing customers, increasing their love to the brand, bringing them to increase Lancôme penetration in their cosmetic journey, accelerating the frequency of re-purchase, as enlarging Lancôme products penetration (within different axes - fragrance, skincare, makeup)

- Lead all brand customer database as the full CRM system (he/she will lead all the e-mailing part (broadcast or segmentate, one-time e-mailing or trigger e-mails, etc.) including the development of Lancôme Loyalty Program

- Lead all the direct communication (segmented broadcast, triggers, etc) via relevant channels

- Responsible for Lancôme Loyalty Program and any other loyalty program in our partners chains where Lancôme is part of * these strategies must be adapted taking into account the type of distribution and partner

- Be the center of customer intelligence for the brand’s team (marketing, trade, retail, communication, etc.): share knowledge, initiate & manage research together with marketing research, support team to be customer-centric on each step of brand activities.

Main Competencies:

- Marketing profile & customer centric are a must

- Digital experience is a must (D2C, performance media, CRM)

- Analytical & Empathic

- Business, P&L, ROI oriented

- Very entrepreneurship

- Team player (will work directly with all departments of the brand such as Brand Product department, Brand Activation department, Retail, etc.)

- Fluent English is a must
