Key responsibilities include:

In the Industry & Offering area, the primary focus will be on:

  • Growing Accenture's market share in Retail Industry;
  • Developing Retail Industry-focused intellectual and commercial assets and foundation offerings;
  • Bringing deep subject matter expertise across several of Accenture's Retail offerings;
  • Continuously assessing market and industry needs;
  • Driving sales based on industry specific and foundation offerings;
  • Developing market-relevant Retail Industry skills, helping ensure a healthy supply of junior resources from amongst the existing Analyst and Consulting pool, and developing the skills, competencies and knowledge of the junior members of the team.

In the Client Leadership area, the primary focus will be on:

  • Building close relationships of trust with the client in Retail Industry;
  • Identifying challenges in the client's business;
  • Translating offerings into suitable, sellable solutions and driving the sales processes;
  • Working across Accenture to bring the best forward in sales and delivery;
  • Coordinating responses to proposals and developing the skills to manage a project end-to-end;
  • Managing complex project deliveries on client engagements;
  • Ensuring ongoing client and people satisfaction;
  • Representing Accenture at Industry events.

In the Project Management Delivery area, the primary focus will be on:

  • Delivering high-quality solutions across Retail Industry;
  • Originating and delivering strategic initiatives for Retail Industry leaders from strategy to process to complex technology projects;
  • Interfacing with client executives to drive innovative solutions contributing to top and bottom line results;
  • Working with the global team to deliver client programs and projects;
  • Working with cutting edge technology;
  • Delivering high-quality solutions across multiple industries;
  • Working on a variety of projects ranging in both size and scope.

Industry Experience:

  • Deep understanding of the Russian Retail market and its players;
  • Successful track record in cooperation with Russian Retail Industry leaders;
  • Experience in driving profitable sales through project management delivery;
  • Successful working career of several years in different environments. Ideally, a business career within management consulting / system integration service providers.

Functional and Technological Capabilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in delivering and project management within one or more of the following functional and technical areas : Price optimization; SCM optimization (Replenishment); Customer analytics (for assortment / marketing); Workforce optimization; Omni channel; Integrated planning;
  • Technology skills are nice to have within the following platforms: SAP MAP / Oracle RPAS / JDA / Predictix;
  • 2+ years of experience leading and participating in sales campaigns, sales presentations is highly desirable.

People Management:

  • Proven experience in achieving business goals and developing people through the management of self, others and teams.

Effective Communication:

  • Excellent skills in creating, delivering and exchanging thoughts, opinions or information to convey meaning, construct shared understanding, or promote action.

Other Requirements:

  • University degree in industrial engineering / economics highly desirable;
  • Native Russian speaker or fluent in Russian;
  • Fluent in business written and spoken English;
  • Ability to meet travel requirements.
