The Key Account Manager shall have the following knowledge and skills:

JobDuties

Formation, support and expansion of an active client base of the Company within the assigned area of responsibility;

Conducting regular quarterly analysis of the assigned market segment in order to expand the Company's client base;

Verification of the reliability and solvency of clients - potential debtors of the Company in accordance with the rules and policies established in the Company;

Preparing and conducting negotiations with current and potential clients of the Company in order to agree on optimal commercial conditions aimed at increasing the Company's turnover;

Business development with current clients within the area of responsibility;

Achievement of the established sales plan and distribution goals of the Company's products;

Ensuring coordination of actions on the implementation of the established sales plan with the sales team, the Immediate manager and immediately informing the Immediate manager and the Sales Director about events affecting the implementation of the above plans;

Formation of proposals on commercial terms for the client (s) located in the area of responsibility of the Employee, in accordance with the sales and distribution plan established for the Company as a whole, coordination of the relevant proposals with the immediate manager and the client (s), signing within the timeframe set by the company (including communicated to the Employee by e-mail) of the annual commercial terms with the client (s) located in the area of responsibility of the Employee;

Developing proposals for measures to maximize the company's profit and negotiating with relevant clients;

Keeping customer sales history, collecting and organizing all available information about current and potential customers, their needs, prospects for the development of trade relations with them;

Continuous analysis of information received from the marketing department, sales department, other sources available and not prohibited by law on the state of the market, the activities of the Company's competitors, on the prospects for market development, on effective business schemes of activities and the formation of proposals for the improvement and development of sales and distribution of the Company;

Planning, coordination and implementation of sales promotion programs within the framework of the promotion budget approved by the Company. Administration and control of the budget allocated for the implementation of incentive programs for the client (s) located in the area of responsibility of the Employee. Evaluation of the effectiveness of investments in activities to promote the Company's products. Complete and timely, in accordance with Company standards, provision of closing documents for the fulfilled events;

Complete and timely, in accordance with Company standards, provision of documents signed by the Company with the client (s) located in the area of responsibility of the Employee, including, but not limited to, contracts, additional agreements, attachments, acts of reconciliation of mutual settlements;

Planning, preparing and conducting training presentations for customers about the Company's products in accordance with the timeframes set by the Company;

Accurate and timely, in accordance with the schedule established by the Company, monthly revision of the projected sales volume to customers at the item level, making forecasts in the Company's planning systems (Atlas) in accordance with the available inventory of the Company and the delivery schedule

Monthly, within the time frame set by the immediate manager and / or the Sales Director, assessment of sales prospects in the assigned market segment, preparation of proposals for adjusting the assortment, promotion plans and / or other activities;

Scheduling on a weekly basis a plan of meetings (calls) with clients;

Regular, in accordance with the schedule (and, if necessary, outside the schedule) visits (telephone conversations) to current and potential customers of the Company, conducting with them all the necessary negotiations on the supply of the Company's products, its further sale and mutual settlements;

Weekly communications with clients on the optimal preparation of an order based on the specifics of the client's business and the strategic goals of the Company in this sales channel. Maximizing the size of customer orders and ordered product range;

Weekly tracking of order execution and settlements with clients. Analysis of cases of returns and refusals in acceptance of products, taking measures to prevent similar cases in the future;

If necessary and in accordance with the rules adopted in the Company, participation in the preparation of acts and other documents for shortages, re-grading, etc.;

Informing the immediate manager about the shortcomings in the Company's activities identified in the course of performing their duties and making proposals for their elimination;

Ensuring the timely and full return of receivables, taking all possible measures for the immediate and complete collection of overdue receivables;

Immediate response to customer complaints, control of compliance with the procedure for complaint work;

Regular direct cooperation and exchange of information necessary for the Company's activities with cross-functions, locally and within the global offices of the company, including but not limited to departments for work with clients, marketing, logistics, planning. Personal participation in working meetings in accordance with the regulations (production calendar) of the Company and the requirements of the immediate manager and / or Sales Director;

Ensuring the preservation of the confidentiality of all and any information of both the Company and the client (s) who are in the area of responsibility of the Employee;

Reporting to the Channel Sales Manager and / or Sales Director of the Company upon request;

Fulfillment of other assignments of the Immediate manager, the Sales Director and the Company's management related to the area of responsibility of the Employee within the established timeframe;

Doing business with integrity and compliance with applicable laws, including, but not limited to, competition laws;

Compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), Code of Conduct, Russian Competition Guidelines, Gifts, Travel and Entertainment Policy and other local regulations.
