YOUR ROLE

The In-house Lawyer is positioned in the Law Group of Henkel Rus and reports to the Head of the Law Group Henkel Rus.
The Russian Law Group is part of the European organization of Henkel and reports into European Head based in Dusseldorf. You will be a member of a global legal team of in-house counsels and work across all divisions in close co-operation with the respective business divisions and functions.
We are looking for an experienced in-house practitioner and an independent thinking, fast learning team player with business savvy.

Provide legal support to Procurement/Purchasing Department
Advise assigned Procurement Function in finding optimal legal solution within their day-to-day activities
Check all relevant contracts concerning their legal compliance and their accordance with the interests of the company
Consult and support management of the assigned Function in all risks and relevant legal questions
Provide legal support for specific projects and/or business matters as assigned by the direct supervisor – Head of Legal Department
Develop, support and manage execution of specific local trainings and training materials to increase awareness in all areas of Compliance (Antitrust, Corporate Standards etc.) for the Company, including appropriate introductory training for new employees

YOUR SKILLS

University Degree in law
Minimum of 3 years of work with a large multinational as Russian in-housel counsel or with an international law firm in Russia
Strong track record of inhouse counsel work with the ability to work across a large array of legal fields but specialization in fields of law relevant for FMCG and industrial companies highly welcome
Ability to represent and achieve the company's objectives vis-à-vis external partners
Strong analytical thinking, result-oriented and self dependent
Highly motivated, flexible with strong character; can scope with stress and challenging business partners
Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills (Russian, English, further languages such as German are beneficial)
Ability to work in multinational and interdisciplinary teams
