Responsibilities:

• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Data analysis
• Assess and provide feedback on data quality
• Direct involvement with industries SME (internal and external) to understand their data specifics, sources, traditional approach for its processing
• Contribution to local team knowledge base, performing knowledge sharing sessions on demand
• Business process context analysis of specific challenge for machine learning
• Formulate specific tasks for data science track
• Prepare technical description of project reports, papers / patents
• Participate in client meetings, reports, presentation preparation

General requirements:

• MS or PhD in related fields: mathematics, physics, computer science etc.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Good programming skills with Python3.
• The ability to formalize and deliver thoughts explicitly.
• Self-organization and interest to learn.

Specific skills:

• Competence in ML and DL.
• Practical experience with any of the ML/DL frameworks like keras, torch etc.
• Practical experience with Git, pandas, matplotlib, bokeh, luigi, mlflow, etc.
• The ability to write intelligible code. Programming patterns knowledge.
• Readiness to create demonstrative reports and presentations.

Strengthening characteristics:

• Winning in ML/DL competitions.
• Open source projects participation or individual GitHub projects.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
