E-commerce Analyst в Reckitt Benckiser

Main responsibilities:

  • To lead the process of monthly finance reporting for eCommerce department (including full PnL);
  • To work in close collaboration with eCommerce Customer Managers for proper sales forecast and trade investments optimization;
  • To work in close collaboration with Finance Department;
  • To analyze business performance KPIs (Sell-in, Sell-out, stock, P&L) on daily basis, highlight risks and opportunities to deliver and overdeliver plan numbers;
  • To analyze all activities in key clients in 2 directions: financial performance (ROI, ROAS) and digital metrics (i.e. number of impressions, CVR, CTR, etc.) and come up with recommendations for further optimization (on sku level);
  • To develop a Promo Library with historical data of all promo activities;
  • To analyze data in any detail, identifying trends and patterns.

Job requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for utilizing data for increased business success;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving;
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-up skills;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • A self-starter and able to work independently;
  • English Intermediate/Upper intermediate;
  • Work experience in Business Analytics/or in E-commerce Analytics/or in Finance/or in Digital Analytics;
  • Good knowledge of Digital Marketing/Performance Marketing is an Advantage.
