About the job

In this role you will report directly to Managing Director Business Services Russia and your main duties will be the following:

Being in charge of all accounting, reporting and tax activities for the Swarovski Russia entity compliant with local tax and accounting legislation and payroll obligations
Managing monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
Preparing tax calculations and filing of tax returns, statutory financial statements, statistical reports and providing them to tax authorities as well as managing tax payments
Being responsible for day-to-day accounts operations, payments, approval of contracts
Supervising payroll services from external provider, controlling appropriate HR documentation
Ensuring timely and accurate submission of all financial reports
Work with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audit
Participating in all cross-functional projects
Managing the Accounting Team (3 direct reports)

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

University degree, preferably in Accounting/Finance or similar (ACCA)
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting, retail experience would be an asset
Full knowledge and experience of financial accounting RAS/IFRS, SAP knowledge would be an asset
Experience in managing team
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
Team orientation, social skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Intermediate English proficiency
