Responsibilities

  • Measure, visualize and communicate TikTok ads product performance to inform strategic decisions
  • Support in crafting, monitoring and revising the ad products pricing strategy
  • Design and implement reporting dashboards and be their evangelist to external stakeholders
  • Conduct market research on business opportunities e.g. new verticals and ad formats
  • Uncover bottlenecks and suggest areas for improvement in internal processes
  • Run analysis on campaign and measurement performance to identify trends, partner with Product Marketing Managers on solutions.

Requirements

  • 4 years of working experience in a fast-paced environment with focus on analytics as well as market and competitor research.
  • Ability to conduct rigorous analysis and communicate complex conclusions clearly
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau or similar)
  • High attention to detail and hands-on, self-starter attitude
  • Excellent presentation skills, ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
  • Team player with strong relationship building, collaboration and influencing skills
