What you will do

• You will conspire and commit to Partnering with the business
• You will be an advisor and dedicated to partner engagement
• You will inspire business ideas, strategies & PSL
• Hold sourcing responsible for profitability
• You will optimize Sourcing performance targets
• And you will back & support M&A sourcing projects

You will bring

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or supply chain (Leadership experience would be a plus)
• Academic Degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Legal or equivalent
• Sourcing Practice, Process & Strategy Knowledge
• Experience of conducting commercial negotiations
• Experience with commercial modeling & financial analysis
• Change & Improvement Management Skills
• Local Laws & Regulations Knowledge
• English - upper-intermediate
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and conflict resolution skills, high level of integrity
