Financial Operations Analyst в IPONWEB

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client queries in a timely and accurate way, primarily via email;
• Identify client needs and ensure their issues are resolved;
• Maintain client information current and update internal databases;
• Record financial data and verify that transactions are recorded in the correct suppliers ledger and accounting period;
• Participate in company’s policies development and governance;
• Participate in client contracting process and reviews, onboarding/offboarding;
• Participate in monthly billing and perform reconciliations;
• Support in completing special projects, ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests, and other tasks as assigned;
• Work with global offices and being available as needed;

Key requirements:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree;
• Required: 3+ years of experience in finance/accounting role or client support;
• Working knowledge of NetSuite or other ERP system is preferred but not required (comfort in working in systems environment);
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Excel (pivots, lookups), Google sheets and ability to present data clearly;
• Positive can-do attitude, flexible in approach, willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done and strong interpersonal, relationship building skills;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; clear, structured, and articulate;
• Intermediate English skills (both written & spoken);
• Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to deal with ambiguity.
