YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY

• Data analysis and insights generation on increasing efficiency of SFA solution.
• Gathering, analysis, and visualization of business metrics.
• Hypothesis formulation and data processing for tests together with the product team.
• Business process discovery, problem identification, insights for process improvement.
• Communication with IT and BI department on data structure and data gathering.
• Dashboard and presentation creation.
• Communication with stakeholders about reporting needs.

AS AN IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Experience in regressions, classification, time-series data, neural networks.
• Fragmented data set, DWH data, data from different sources usage.
• Ability to postulate and verify hypotheses regarding data.
• Power BI advanced skills.
• Dataset preparation, feature engineering.

Extra skills:

• Knowledge of Python.
• Working with streamed and big data.
• Agile / Scrum, Product Management.
• Working with key business users.
• Presentation skills.

Working environment:

• Huge amount of raw data
• Possibility to change business processes
• Jupyter + PyCharm Pro
• Cloud-based computation
• Pandas, Spark, ML Libs, and other tools.
