Sales planning & Analysis specialist в JTI

Main areas of responsibility:

  • On a daily basis to be responsible for FG distribution planning of dedicated territories; to perform validation of distributor sales orders in accordance with Company targets, recommended stock level, business communiques and other information regarding brand & trade activities; to prepare sales orders & other related documentation in SAP system.
  • To be responsible for transport planning & scheduling in accordance with shipment volume forecast and transport rules (frequency, schedule, capacity, etc). To align schedule with Distributor and Logistics.
  • To communicate with Distributor and JTI Sales about product availability at Distributor WHs, new products introductions, price changes, warehouses working schedules to ensure stable and uninterrupted finished goods flow.
  • To participate in internal projects related to FG planning processes optimization & automation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Higher education (desirably technical or economical);
  • At least 1 year of experience in the related areas (sales planning, logistics, finance);
  • Advances PC user (MS Office);
  • Understanding of product distribution principles in FMCG;
  • Work experience with database applications, knowledge of MS SQL query notation is a plus;
  • Intermediate level of English;
  • Knowledge of mathematical & statistical methods of sales analysis;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Accuracy and attention to details in performing tasks;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Positive attitude & proactive life approach, high self-motivation;
