EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

  • Define the right value proposition, messaging/story and priority solutions and products to be marketed by geo, segment, working also with global and regional stakeholders
  • Overseeing and leading the development and execution of innovative marketing programs in partnership with sales to meet revenue and pipeline targets
  • Prioritize marketing programs to maximize results
  • Adapt, optimize, evolve and execute syndicated programs (SP) in MEE across CIS by priority
  • Keep a products and solutions view of marketing forecast, target and YTD achievement
  • Work with peers and regional teams (e.g. DSC, CX solution team EMEA) and any other counterpart to assure the availability of the needed SMB building blocks (messaging, contents, hard offers, references, tools and promos)
  • Measure and report on results/ return on investment for marketing spend
  • Work in collaboration with the regional DSC, CX teams and CIS solution sales teams to support the execution of portfolio, by solution and by product programs (e.g. Launch of a new products) in the Midmarket segment and across the covered MUs’ by priority
  • Work to increase the SAP DSC, CX portfolio perception and purchase consideration, also through the activation of the solution SP campaigns across CIS
  • Establish regular stakeholder management and communication on Local and Regional Level
  • Be the marketing go-to-person in CIS for the key DSC, CX topics
  • Enable continuous alignment and best practice sharing within the team and across MUs

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated capability to create and execute B2B go to market plans: annual lead generation funnels with clear vision/tactics and KPIs setting and achievement for conversions Impressions/Clicks/Leads/Opportunities/Deals
  • Line of business (LOB) audience expertise (CEO, CFO, CIO, CPO, CMO) and knowledge about LOB audiences buying behavior in Digital Supply Chain automation (Business planning, Warehouse management, Transportation management) or Customer experience automation (CRM, e-Com)
  • Exceptional content marketing and customer journey modelling skills for Digital Supply Chain audience (Business planning, Warehouse management, Transportation management) or Customer experience audience (CRM, e-Com)
  • Excellent digital demand generation experience that delivers KPIs no less that industry standard
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written (be ready to prove during the screening interview)
  • Experience working in international, matrix organization, including understanding of global/regional/country organizational dynamic and ability to engage/buy-in cross-functional stakeholders (sales, pre-sales)
  • While experience in the High Tech sector is preferred, the successful candidate may also come from other B2B industries such as Banking, Telecommunications, e-Commerce where innovative web and social media strategies were used to impact revenue, transform brand and customer experience

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B
  • Experience with driving digital demand generation is a must
  • Experience in managing international and virtual teams is a plus
  • Strong track record of delivering bottom line program results in marketing while working with sales
