Project Manager в Luxoft

Responsibilities

Management of 5-6 software development teams (up to 40 people in total)
- Handle projects plans, monitor development progress and dependencies across the teams;
- Setup, coordinate and ensure execution of joint development across multiple teams, including activities related to integration with other streams;
- Proactively respond to project related and technical risks;
- Perform day-to-day people management activities for distributed team in collaboration with company internal services;
- Hiring;
- Manage stakeholders expectations and ensure transparency of delivery processes;
- Sharing of best practices/business domain knowledge/exploiting synergies between teams

Skills

Must have

- At least 3 years of managing projects with 10+ people (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum);
- PMI/Agile certificate is a plus;
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience;
- Advanced English level - able to freely and confidently communicate with senior technology and operations staff;
- Management experience in projects with enterprise-level architectural challenges;
- Up-to-date technical knowledge of industry best practices;
- Background in frontend and backend applications development;
- Excellent verbal and communication skills;

Nice to have

- Experience and knowledge in financial domain
- Proven track record in complex geographically distributed projects
- Up-to-date technical knowledge of industry best practices
- Agile/Scrum Methodology
