  • Drive positive, open and safe atmospohere within the team
  • People resources budgeted accurately in line with business needs and as per company guidelines
  • Proactively consult and support people and their leads with people management questions
  • Promote BORZO Employer Brand within developers market, ensure qualitative Recruitment and obnoarding conducted on time in full
  • External Training effectively supported, proactively deliver best people practices via internal trainings
  • Together with Hapiness team drive qualitative performance apprisal, ensure that salaries to retain key skills
  • Effective internal communication and team collaboration facilitated
  • Adopt Global principles and rules for Dev specifics and voice Dev needs to the HQ Teams

Competencies:

  • 5+ years as HR with IT / HiTech company
  • Understanding of specifics working with Developers / Programmers
  • Hands-on recruitment of Developers
  • Understanding key HR processes: Reward, Talent Management, Labor Law, Facilitation and Change Management
  • High level of empathy and care; problem-solving and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English
