Customer Service Specialist в Puma
YOUR MISSION
- Operation in SAP including issues like: orders and deliveries creation, assigning prices and discounts, control of the open orders, reporting; returns, shortages, surpluses.
- Running the delivery process. Coordination of issues with Logistic, Warehouse, Finance dpt., and with the client. Tracking deliveries and updating delivery plan. Providing the clients with all the necessary shipping info like Specifications and other Documents.
- Provide best possible customer support to the most valuable partners in the Go to Market execution at Area and country level.
- Closely cooperate with the sales representatives and sales operation team in order to ensure execution excellence to our key and strategic customers based on the direction set by the Sales manager.
- Ensure that all assigned customers will receive the best possible support and that Sales directions will be respected. At the same time actively help with all possible issues related to customers’ orders to find solutions or possible product replenishment. Controlling, investigating and solving the whole order to cash process, customers problems and will be handling customer complaints.
YOUR TALENT
- Education, university degree
- Preferably >3 years Customer Service experience in Sporting Goods industry or FMCG
- Experience with SAP is preferred
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- English – intermediate level
- Analytical, technical, project management, coordination and communication skills
- Task focusing, responsibility, accuracy and attention to details, initiative, flexible, eager to learn, team-player
