Key Operational and Administrative Duties

-Overall Xarvio project coordination in BASF RU

-Represent BASF AP in communication with xarvio regional manager and HQ

-Communication with BASF AP team:

• Trainings and support with program installation
• Alignment of promo activities with Legal and Marketing
• Payment control
• Commercial initiatives launch

-Search for new partners in precision agriculture and distribution.

-Set up the contacts with Big farms and key Agro holdings.

-Market intelligence.

-Steer Marcom plan in cooperation with Xarvio:

• Preparation of the promo materials.
• Developing social media or other channels.
• Arrange or taking part on events / promo activities.

-G2M approach definition

-Other tasks

Requirements

• Experience or education in Agro
• University Degree (Business, Economy, Marketing) or other related discipline
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken
• Professional level of computer literacy
• Strategic thinking
• Experience in Commercial Policy’s analyses
• Analytical skills
• Multi-tasking
• Team –player working style
• Communication and Interpersonal Understanding
• Conflict Management
