Senior Treasury Solutions specialist в Takeda

ACCELERATE VALUE & MAKE AN IMPACT BY:

Operational payment processing and accounting for all treasury instruments
Performing bank reconciliation and bank statement handling for all entities in scope of TBS
Management of accounts, including the opening/closing accounts and modifying user access as required
Performing access control periodic review on banking systems
Maintenance of electronic banking and paper mandates for Treasury entities – electronic bank keys, signatures regular update
Management of relations with banks
Minimize of currency control risks by ensuring awareness of currency control rules
Mid-term and long-term cash flow forecasting
ICO and 3rd party DPO calculation and control
Continuous review of treasury processes, systems and ways of working to identify improvements and optimization opportunities to increase efficiency
Drive or participate in automation initiatives of payment and bank processes (including documentation in accordance with Global TBS standards)
Minimize of currency control risks by ensuring awareness of currency control rules
Drive other local organization Treasury processes integration activities
Participate as required in regional or global TBS and Takeda projects

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

University Degree in finance or accounting
Minimum of 4 years of work experience in Finance, with 3+ years of experience in banking, accounting and treasury ideally gained within a large multinational organization
Proven treasury knowledge and practical experience of front or back office processes
Good knowledge of Russian currency control legislation
On-line banking experience
ERP experience and understanding of SAP supporting systems – Ariba, MDG and P2P process
Audit / SOX / process controls experience
Process improvement expertise
Proficiency in English language, verbal and written
Experience in external innovations and automation (ERP, WF, Robotics)
Customer centric and solutions orientated aptitude with demonstrable experience in providing solutions based on customer needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with evident relationship building with professionals of all organizational levels.
Ability to lead and drive change in a developing business environment and challenge existing ways of working.
