Respobsibilities:

• Drive Company’s Strategy under supervision of Strategic Project Director:
Contribute to formulation of company’s aspiration, strategy:
- support management of the company in preparing Long-term vision, aspiration via providing analytics, insights
- prepare mapping of companies growth initiatives (both top and bottom line)

• Make regular control of its execution
- ensure that key agreed strategic projects are properly tracked and managed
- manage regular review of company’s strategic projects, mapping

• Propose solutions and drive the projects how to bridge the gap between aspiration and LRP
- Identify white spaces in our strategies through understanding of market insights and market trends
- close collaboration with Portfolio, BD, Marketing team to identify growth opportunities

• Manage execution of company’s strategic projects, including
- support Strategic Project Director in identifying critical strategic projects for the company
- lead and (or) facilitate or (be a consultant) in several strategic cross-functional projects
- build cross-functional project teams, define the projects timelines and supervision of their execution

• Support in preparation of various presentation as well as ad-hoc requests from Cluster GM, Strategic Project Director, including but not limited to
- Projects presentations, Strategic Reviews, TownHalls, Conferences (close collaboration with Internal and External communication teams)

Requirements and Skills:

• University degree (preferably in economics / finance / business management), MBA in an advantage
• 3-5 years of experience in Consulting field (including Big-3, Big-4 companies, IQVIA)
• Several years of experience in pharma company (strategy, BD, finance, strategic marketing) is an advantage
• Sufficient knowledge of business processes and commercial principles of pharmaceutical companies. Knowledge of the business
• Experience in leading big complex projects
• Communication, Leadership and Management, Relationship building, Exerting personal influence
• Ability to coach and develop people,
• Analytical skills
• Fluent Russian and English (spoken & written)
