Business Intelligence Analyst в Kaspersky

Job Responsibilities:

• Support all regional functions across Russia++ & META with comprehensive regular sales analysis, strategic metrics compilation, and ad-hoc analysis
• Source and analyze market trends, incorporating key insights from a variety of sources, to provide fact-based recommendations
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of Software selling, trade promotions, and financial planning activities to deliver key insights to help regions and functions make informed business decisions
• Business Cases calculations with recommendations, which aim to ensure stakeholders have all necessary information to make data driven decision
• Develop and improve reporting tools and processes
• Reconcile data between internal systems, collaborate with Technical BI Team to develop dashboards that will provide analysis of sales trends, alerts and points of growth
• Maintain Monthly closing procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree (or higher) in finance or economics
• 3+ year-experience in sales/finance/business analysis
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including usage of advanced functions
• Fluent English, both oral and written
• Knowledge of Sales Force System is a plus
• Personal profile: strong analytical and communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels. Business strategical vision, proactive, open-minded, team player with ability to work in uncertain environment. Creative thinking and ability to solve non-routine tasks, ability to operate independently.
