Head of Consumer Marketing в Spotify

What You'll Do:

  • Drive the leadership, direction, and development of Spotify’s consumer marketing strategy in the market
  • Work closely with the Russian lead team together by setting and executing cross-functional strategies and initiatives that drive the business in the region forward
  • Develop consumer marketing strategies to continue growing the Spotify business and brand in Russia through creating and executing programs for all channels,
  • Identify primary target audiences and deliver best-in-class consumer-facing campaigns utilizing direct and or partner channels
  • Leverage existing relationships and build new partnerships to stay relevant and to maintain ongoing consumer engagement for Spotify
  • Collaborate with key agency partners and internal stakeholders locally and globally
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure marketing programs executed are return-on-investment optimized
  • Provide counsel to the leadership team and cross-functional partners (media and societal trends, growth opportunities, competitive landscape)
  • You will work out of the Moscow office

Who You Are:

  • At least +10 years proven experience in brand, consumer, digital media, social media, e-commerce or entertainment marketing
  • Ability to establish a strategic vision and converting high-level business and marketing strategy into tangible, effective local marketing executions across all channels
  • A strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and the capability to execute integrated marketing initiatives
  • End-to-end experience of all steps of the marketing process from identifying business needs all the way to execution
  • Strong experience with Data and return-on-investment: driven, adept at analysing and interpreting data and using it set and track critical metrics
  • Passionate about the music industry
  • High levels of proficiency in media, social, experiential, advertising & content, measurement (analytics, insights, and benchmarks), and audience/community marketing
  • Competency with data and insights, both internal and external, but also in building business cases to guide and support decisions,
  • A collaborative mindset combined with hands-on experience working in a matrix setup, the ability to build strong working relationships, and a proven track record of influencing skills,
  • Demonstrated experience managing individuals and internal and external stakeholders when working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment,
  • Must be an articulate professional with excellent oral and written communication skills in English in order to work effectively with people at all levels both internally and externally.
  • A Portfolio of strong consumer marketing campaigns resulting in customer acquisition and business partnerships, including across traditional and digital/social platforms.
  • Comfortable working up and down a large organization, including at the senior level.
