Requirements

Key responsibilities:

Generate customer insights through market and customer research to guide product vision and roadmap creation.
Lead products and features throughout their life cycle. From concept to product requirements to execution and requirements materialisation.
Work closely with UX, Engineering, Customer Experience & Marketing teams to build high-quality products and bring them to the market.
Analyse features performance and iterate until business needs are met and customer satisfaction is reached.
Contribute to the Gett product roadmap.

Role requirements

2+ years of experience as a Product Manager
B.Sc in computer science / Industrial Engineering / Product Design or similar experience as a Software Engineer or startup founder
Ability to tease requirements for both businesses and end consumers, evaluating each personas different needs
Have the ability to design compelling customer journeys with a strong understanding of user experience
Ability to prioritize and focus on the main goals while being detail-oriented to ensure flawless execution.
Excited about finding solutions to real customer problems and collaborating with multiple stakeholders such as developers, designers, sales, marketing, ops, etc.
Data-driven, with a good understanding of how to define and track success, and how to troubleshoot faulty funnels.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading presentations to executives and large groups of people
