  • Daily and monthly reporting
  • Support of marketing team in regular department activities
  • Invoices and documents control and verification
  • Preparation of presentations, meeting minutes
  • Coordination of business meetings
  • Traveling booking
  • Traveling and other expenses reporting
  • Administrative support of the department and Marketing director (booking, stationery, other organizational issues)
  • Communication with related departments


  • Bachelor graduated, masters – graduated or in process (Economics, Management, Marketing)
  • Advanced / Upper-intermediate English (writing and speaking skills)
  • Advanced PC user: Excel and Power Point
  • Good time management skills
  • Responsible, accurate in figures


  • Compensation depends on experience and will be discussed individually
