Main Tasks

• Support and involvement into effective trade category plan covering objectives, strategies and executional programs
• Looking for opportunities to improve category P&Ls/ lead of business cases development
• Leadership from marketing/CM side Business Wheel activities for Baby category
• Presentation on regular conferences for Commercial team (Sales Briefing, QPM, TCP & other)
• Leading assort-t strategy/optimization related activities, managing stocks with Sch/Sales Team
• Coordination of VE processes, managing launches/re-launches preparation and implementation based on local production
• Must SKU List (country and customized) development
• Leading preparation of assumptions for Controlling/Sales linked to changes in assort-t, VE’s, promo – guidelines
• Category analysis based on multiple source of data: Nielsen & category offtakes and other relevant data. Building insights and implications.
• Merchandising brand concepts development for trade channels and providing guidelines to the Sales and SM teams
• Development & execution of POSM concepts incl. e-com
• Handling of regular reportings, forecasting processes

Key Competencies

• University Degree. Marketing/Economy degree is a plus
• Minimum 2 years experience in Brand Marketing (is a plus)
• Knowledge of sales and customer marketing basics
• Understanding of the total value chain, especially regarding cost impact
• Ability to deliver result and drive processes
• Project management/coordination skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Proven ability to drive and take decisions in a matrix environment
• Fluent English
