MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Act as a liaison between business functions and IT, transform business needs to functional requirements and specifications;
Consolidate and formalize company departments’ requirements in the form of functional specifications;
Perform applications user acceptance testing with all involved business functions, Corporate/Market IT and external providers;
Prepare manuals for systems, plan and conduct trainings for key business users;
Provide support for project managers with application roll-out;
Analyze and resolve incidents of application failures with the involvement of developers and project managers;
Provide applications administration, update and maintain services and master data in applications;
Prepare and coordinate testing activities of corporate systems functionally according to Corporate process timeline.

MAJOR REQUIREMENTS:

University degree in the fields of Information Technologies / Computer Science / Mathematics / Economics;
Goof experience in business analysis techniques, functional specifications preparation, application testing (at least 1 year);
Experience in work with software for business processing modeling;
English: Upper-Intermediate (spoken, written);
Strong time-management, planning and coordination skills;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Good analytical skills;
Well-organized, self-disciplined, responsible and result-oriented person;
Structured approach and attention to details;
Ability to learn quickly.
