Business Process Optimization Project Manager в Takeda

Tasks:

o Project management related to the optimization of the Company's business processes (simplification and unification of business processes, support for the introduction of new IT systems, search for levers to reduce administrative costs, etc.)

• Creation and coordination of project teams, involvement of all relevant stakeholders, including Company directors;
• Description of processes (state ‘as is’ and ‘to be’);
• Development of proposals for optimization, change of processes, implementation of best practices, identification of necessary changes in the organizational structure;
• Coordination of the developed proposals with the key functions involved;
• Support for the implementation of developed proposals for optimization, process change, implementation of best practices;
• Support of communication on optimization and change of processes for employees, including organization of trainings if necessary;
• Tracking the project implementation schedule at all stages and presenting the status of the Company's management;
• Participation in the development of regulations

It is important for us:

• Higher education (bachelor or above)
• consulting Experience from 2 years OR experience in project management in pharmaceutical industry or FMCG from 3 years
• Experience in project management, development of skills of project work: the formation of the project team, the development and approval of a project plan, manage and implement the project plan, reporting on the project,
• Ability to build cross-functional communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills,
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point at an advanced level
