Strategic Partner Manager в YouTube

Minimum qualifications:

• Experience in media or online video.
• Experience in account management, partnership management, and/or business development.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with one or more of the following content industries: Sports, News or Digital Publishing.
• Understanding of content distribution and licensing.
• Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects and influence and communicate cross-functionally and externally.
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally and externally with all levels of management.
• Excellent facilitation and analytical skills regarding contractual, technical, and financial topics with partners.
• Excellent communication, presentation planning, and time management skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize existing partnerships to improve business growth and user experience, while maintaining relationships with partners.
• Identify opportunities with existing partners by finding creative ways to jointly contribute to the partner’s overall goals by digital means on YouTube.
• Develop commercial video strategies with partners, and work cross-functionally to ensure plan execution.
• Deliver audience development and content strategy workshops to help partners to grow their business on YouTube.
• Develop agreements, interpret legal documents, and work with attorneys to complete and sustain effective relationships with external counterparts.
