FP&A Analyst в Baker Hughes

As a Finance Analyst - FP&A Operations, you will be responsible for:

Serving as a business partner to Baker Hughes Commercial, Finance, OTR, and PCs teams to lead business initiatives, growth, and profitability.
Leading Cash Management process: Past Due balance, Collection volume for the year/quarter/week for all PCs at Tier3 level. Gathering payment plans.
Leading Regional Base Costs planning (Commercial and non-Commercial) working with FP&A, Controllership, PC Finance teams, HQ Finance; control over plan execution.
Leading quarter closing process. Closing procedures (billing, costs allocation, T&Ls, accruals, management reliefs, bonuses). Ensuring correct allocations and the proper cost reflects are done.
Complying with necessary regulations in the reporting process using knowledge of applicable statutory and US GAAP reporting requirements; contribute to closing process via CFOA reporting and quarterly splits and accrual.
Managing over cost center structure of the business in the region, costing data maintenance. Keeping & updating regional DoA matrix.
