Responsibilities:

• In collaboration with cross-functional team work through digital initiatives in terms of integrity with current product portfolio, marketing strategy, legal and regulatory requirements etc., create detailed conceptual description of initiatives;
• In collaboration with cross-functional team estimate solution feasibility in terms of financial outcome, key uncertainties, risks, benefits and timing, plan needed resources;
• In co-operation with cross-functional team manage provider selection, technical specification and contractual document flow;
• Develop detailed project plan, assign roles and responsibilities, finalize budget and timing, set digital solution KPIs;
• Manage MVP development and implementation, continue till full fledged operating product is in active use, estimate set KPIs efficiency;
• Arrange smooth transfer of launched solution to support team;
• The responsibility presumes management of several projects simultaneously;
• Manages efficiency of department (development of KPI and tools for measurement of efficiency of employees, setting the goals and tracking results, providing feedback, the development plan for a year, etc.), also provides timely and high-quality conducting of processes in corporate HR online system MyServices (PMP - Performance Management, DD – Development Dialogue, Talent management etc.) (for executive positions)

Important for us:

• Higher education in Medical, Marketing or Digital
• 3+ years of experience in pharma / CPG / Digital Health
• Creative but rational thinking, ability to detect potential business value in raw ideas
• Experience in related internal and external research
• Experience in CJM and customer journey building
• Strong project management skills (incl. work with vendors), ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience in web and mobile development projects, UX/UI design, related analytics
• Strong interest in newest trends in Pharma and Digital Health
• Good English is a plus
